NJ faithful are continuing to criticize Governor Christie and Lt. Governor Guadango for vacationing during the blizzard that hit the state last week. Athiest Christmas Billboard

American Atheists are trying to get their message out this holiday season with a high-profile billboard on Route 495 near the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel. “You KNOW it’s a myth. This season, celebrate REASON!” appears on a picture of the 3 wise men heading toward a manger. The bottom of the billboard reads “American Atheists: Reasonable since 1963” and lists the organization’s website. What do you think? Sound off, New Jersey!

Governor Threatens to Kill ARC Project

The ARC tunnel project is intended to create two rail lines beneath the Hudson to connect New Jersey and New York City. Latest estimates have indicated that the project is running billions of dollars over budget by its expected completion in 2018. Despite additional budget coming from the Port Authority and federal government, Governor Christie threatened during the last few weeks that he would kill the project. His decision is expected soon. Zuckerberg Grant to Newark Schools

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has announced that he will be giving a $100 million grant to the Newark school system. Zuckerberg blogged "After a lot of research, I've decided to put my full support behind Newark Mayor Cory Booker and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie to help their efforts to reform the schools in Newark. Is this praiseworthy philanthropy or a publicity stunt to off-set the soon-to-be-released Social Network movie that portrays him as a slimeball? We want to hear from you. Sound off, New Jersey!

Censoring Craigslist

Craigslist, founded in 1995 by New Jersey native Craig Newmark, has faced anti-prostitution criticism for years regarding its Adult Services section. Last year Craigslist succumbed to public pressure by changing the name of the section from "Erotic Services" to "Adult Services." Last month attorneys from 17 states cent the company a letter demanding that they shut down the section. This weekend Craigslist surprised everyone by replacing the link to the Adult Services section with a black "censored" box. Craigslist will not comment on whether this block is temporary or permanent. We want to hear from you. Sound off, New Jersey!

Race to the Top

During the last week, New Jersey has drawn national attention by failing to get $400 million in federal funding in the education reform competition Race to the Top. Jersey apparently lost critical points by submitting the wrong budget numbers on one page of the 1,000-page application. We are hearing from everyone in the country, but we want to hear from you.
